Job Description:
Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as required. Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
Experience and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
