Job Title: Cleaner (TC facilities management)

Job Description:
External cleaning of car parks, including litter picking in all weather, waste collection, cleaning facilities and other associated tasks Stairs, offices, meeting rooms, large canteens and external smoking areas are all key areas we clean You must be able to work to deadlines and prioritise Excellent attention to detail is required Required to work independently or in a small team Customers may be on site so you need to be polite and courteous at all times Full training will be given

Experience and Qualifications:
Experience in a large warehouse essential Previous machinery and COSHH experience Understand written and verbal English Cleaning experience within large dynamic warehouses a must Demonstrate previous training and regular utilisation of floor cleaning machinery Able to communicate effectively to the customer and colleagues Thorough knowledge of health and safety including previous COSHH training Used to high volume washroom cleaning to an exceptional consistent standard
