Job Description:
Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards of cleanliness
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in accordance with company policies
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials as needed
Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) during cleaning tasks
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
Maintain a consistent cleaning schedule to ensure all areas remain clean and presentable at all times
Experience and Qualifications:
Prior experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude toward teamwork and safety protocols
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently when needed
Good communication skills to report issues or concerns effectively
