Job Description:
As a front of house coffee shop Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the cafe. This is a varied and hands-on role. Key Responsibilities Providing professional, friendly, customer service. Barista work Assisting customers with food and drink orders. Maintaining high standards of visual stock & presentation. Operating EPOS/till systems and handling transactions accurately. Supporting kitchen with food and drink orders along with dishwashing. Ensuring the Café remains clean, safe, and well organised

Experience and Qualifications:
catering: 1 year (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends. Physically capable of loading lifting and moving dishes.
