Job Description:
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone passionate about theatre, social media, storytelling and community engagement. You’ll help create dynamic digital content, capture behind-the-scenes moments, support campaigns across social platforms. You will connect audiences with work that matters. From festive rehearsals and opening nights to workshops, artist interviews and community voices, you’ll help shape how people experience these projects online. As part of this role, you will connect with other freelancers who produce content for the Citz, gaining xperience assisting with the organisation and delivery of photoshoots and filming. Experience and Qualifications:
This traineeship is offered as a professional development opportunity open specifically to people from a refugee or asylum-seeking background with lived experience of forced displacement. Essential o Creative, curious and confident using social media and digital tools o Interested in storytelling and digital content production o Keen to explore photography or video creation o Organised, collaborative and eager to learn in a fast-paced creative environment o Excited by community-led arts practice and inclusive storytelling o Passionate about theatre, culture and social impact Desirable o Basic IT skills and competent Microsoft Office user
