Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Contract Administrator to support our Field Department, with a primary focus on the delivery of services within the Football Foundation Framework contracts. The successful candidate will also support the wider Sports Labs field team across a range of testing and operational activities.
This is a key administrative and coordination role requiring excellent communication, strong organisational ability, and excellent attention to detail. The position involves regular liaison with internal teams, clients, and field technicians to ensure testing operations run efficiently and projects are delivered on schedule.
Experience and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and scheduling abilities
Experience managing logistics and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
High attention to detail, particularly when reviewing technical documentation and reports
Strong administration and project tracking skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team
