Job Title: Contracts Delivery Manager

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per year

Job Description:
The Contracts Manager will efficiently manage contracts for the Company, ensuring the works are completed to the standard required and within the work program timescales, whilst also ensuring all works are undertaken in line with Health & Safety legislation.

Experience and Qualifications:
Previous experience working as a Contracts Delivery Manager, or in a similar role. Experience in Retrofit or Construction and dealing with UK Government funding (HUG/SHDF) would be highly advantageous. The ability to identify potential pitfalls and implement recovery plans. Proficient in Microsoft and Asta programme packages. Self-driven and results orientated with a strong Health & Safety ethos. Ability to make rational decisions under pressure.
