Job Description:
Responsible for assisting the Cook Supervisor inn providing an efficient and effective on-site catering service. Duties will include the preparation of food, baking, serving of food, counter set up, keeping to hygiene standards, compliance with Food Safety and Health and Safety Legislation
Experience and Qualifications:
Prior demonstrable experience is required. REHIS Elementary certificate required (This is not required prior to employment as training will be given upon commencing post) Other Essential Information • Willingness to work a flexible work pattern including evenings and weekends • PVG certificate required: (WLC will require a PVG check during the Recruitment process, this is provided by West Lothian Council once the applicant has begun the Recruitment process)
