Experience and Qualifications:
A relevant Civil Engineering degree would be preferred Site based experience would be highly advantageous Skills Possess a sound understanding of engineering principles and application. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in management software - Viewpoint knowledge would be highly advantageous. Knowledge of construction techniques and construction engineering. Knowledge of building codes and regulations. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Awareness of commercial issues relating to construction contracts.
