Job Title: Credit Controller

Salary: £13.60 to £15.00 per hour

Job Description:
Proactively chase outstanding payments from B2B customers via phone and email. Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment arrangements. Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner. Liaise with internal departments to ensure billing and account issues are addressed. Update and maintain financial systems and spreadsheets. Prepare reports on debtor status for management review. Support general finance administration as required.

Experience and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a credit control or similar finance role is essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Proficient in using finance systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A confident and professional telephone manner.
