Job Description:
We’re looking for a CRM & Loyalty Assistant to join our CRM team and help us deliver brilliant customer experiences through CRM and THE SCHUH CLUB. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in CRM, loyalty and customer marketing. You’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of THE SCHUH CLUB, supporting CRM and loyalty campaigns, customer communications, promotional activity, reporting, testing and programme development. Experience and Qualifications:
At least one year’s experience in CRM, digital marketing or a related role, or a recent graduate with a relevant degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Business Related Degree. Keen to build a career in CRM and loyalty. A commercial approach to decision making Committed to keeping the customer central to all decision making Organised, curious and enthusiastic about learning. Comfortable working with data and producing accurate reports. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing. A clear communicator who works well with others. Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. Creative, practical and solution-focused. Willing to travel occasionally. An interest in fashion & footwear. Desirable Experience in a marketing or retail environment. Experience supporting loyalty or email marketing activity. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another email service provider. Experience working with a youthful customer audience.
