Job Description:
As the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and professional first impression. You'll handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and support the wider team with a variety of administrative tasks that keep our client's office running like clockwork.
Experience and Qualifications:
A natural flair for customer service and communication Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently Previous experience in a customer-facing role
