Answering calls and helping people with their queries like a pro 💬 Logging helpdesk requests and making sure nothing slips through the cracks 🛠️ Coordinating engineers and contractors to get things fixed-fast! 🔄 Keeping clients in the loop and making sure they're smiling 📋 Creating reports, quotes, and keeping everything running like clockwork 🧠 Using your initiative to solve problems and escalate when needed
