Experience and Qualifications:
Confident and comfortable speaking to customers on the phone Friendly, professional, and well-organised Able to work independently and manage your own workload Comfortable making outbound calls to customers and leads Good basic IT skills (email, invoicing systems, spreadsheets, etc.) Previous customer service or office administration experience is desirable, but not essential
