We are seeking a dedicated, confident, and personable Customer Service Representative to join our growing electrical services company based near Livingston. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, staying organised, and being a key part of a small but expanding team.

Experience and Qualifications:
Confident and comfortable speaking to customers on the phone Friendly, professional, and well-organised Able to work independently and manage your own workload Comfortable making outbound calls to customers and leads Good basic IT skills (email, invoicing systems, spreadsheets, etc.) Previous customer service or office administration experience is desirable, but not essential
