Job Description:
Depending on your role, duties may include: Serving customers and taking orders Handling cash and using tills/ticketing systems Delivering food to tables Clearing and cleaning tables Loading dishwashers Maintaining clean and tidy kitchen and public areas Assisting with basic food preparation Adhering to HACCP and all food hygiene regulations Accepting and storing deliveries from suppliers Completing daily cleaning rotas Assisting with the smooth running of the Christmas Illuminations event Providing a friendly and welcoming experience for our visitors

Experience and Qualifications:
Experience: Customer service: 1 year (preferred) What We’re Looking For Enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individuals Ability to work confidently in a busy and fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience is essential Catering or hospitality experience is required Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Friendly and approachable manner A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods
