Job Description:
Driving a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies mainly around Edinburgh area. The number of deliveries will vary day to day and mainly deliver our goods to customer houses and building sites. Carrying out vehicle checks. Loading and unloading deliveries, which involves manual handling of heavy items such as boilers, radiators toilets and sinks. Assisting in the warehouse if back from deliveries early with unloading stock, picking & packing orders, stock checks and general tidying.
Experience and Qualifications:
Full clean UK Manual Driving Licence. Previous multidrop driving is preferred. Excellent communication skills. To be a team player who is happy to assist in the warehouse to ensure the smooth running of the branch. Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
