Manage and lead a team of service advisors and technicians - Monitor service orders to ensure timely completion - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner - Implement strategies to maximize service department profitability - Train staff on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards - Maintain accurate service records and documentation - Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience
Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a service management role - Strong cash handling skills - Ability to upsell services and products effectively - Mechanical knowledge to understand and explain vehicle repairs - Exceptional customer service skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
