Job Description:
The ability to carry out all types of building maintenance labouring duties and new build work
as directed by line management. Duties shall include but not limited to include the delivery of
plant and materials to site, assisting with the installation and removal of alloy towers or
equivalent, general waste clearance to designated points.
The ability to follow a works instruction
Ensure a high standard of customer care
Experience and Qualifications:
Building Maintenance or Construction Experience
Customer Care Skills
Full UK Driving Licence.
Proactive in identifying ways of improving service provision
High level of health and safety awareness
Demonstrate extensive labouring experience carrying out the role of multi trade labourer.
Demonstrate experience with working at heights.
Demonstrate experience of outdoor works in various climates.
