Job Description:
You’ll support our skilled trades teams across a wide range of projects, helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a varied, active role where no two days are the same, you might be assisting on-site, transporting materials, or working directly with colleagues and tenants.
Experience and Qualifications:
Practical construction/building experience
A proactive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently
Good communication skills when working with colleagues, managers, and tenants
Experience working at height and using access equipment
A full driving licence (Category B/C1)
Good level of physical fitness
