Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring outstanding practice, strong leadership, and a nurturing environment for children, staff, and families.
You will work collaboratively with our Senior Management Team and alongside managers from our three Little Flyers settings.
Experience and Qualifications:
A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (e.g. Early Childhood Studies, Childcare, or equivalent)
Significant experience in a leadership or management role within an Early Years setting
Strong knowledge of CFE, safeguarding, and relevant legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
A team-focused, supportive leadership style
Commitment to professional development
Pediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to undertake)
