Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and caring Nursery Manager to lead our established team of practitioners. You will have the opportunity to take real ownership of the setting while being part of a supportive wider group of three Little Flyers nurseries.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring outstanding practice, strong leadership, and a warm, nurturing environment for children aged 0–12 years (including our on-site after-school provision).
Experience and Qualifications:
Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5/6 preferred)
Experience as a Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Practitioner ready to step up
Strong knowledge of curriculum requirements and safeguarding
Confident, organised, and people-focused leader
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Team-orientated with a supportive leadership style
Pediatric First Aid (or willingness to undertake)
