Job Description:
Perform comprehensive quality and regulatory audits and inspections, adhering to the statutory framework and inspection guidelines. Provide clear, evidence-based reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Guide and mentor nursery managers, empowering them to reach their full potential and implement innovative strategies and initiatives. Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and high-quality practice. Support the development of quality improvement initiatives and policies to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children in our care.
Experience and Qualifications:
We are continuing to build a bigger team of quality managers at Bright Stars and we're looking for a dedicated and passionate Quality Manager to join our team to work nationally across our settings! In this key role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our nurseries consistently meet and exceed regulatory standards related to learning, development, safeguarding, and welfare.
