Job Description:
Setting production strategies and targets to ensure timely and budget-aligned delivery of electrical work packages
Taking ownership of quality and schedule delivery across delegated work packages
Implementing performance indicators and control mechanisms to monitor progress
Forecasting and managing resource requirements in line with project plans
Leading and developing your team, including succession planning and talent management
Experience and Qualifications:
Essential experience of the Electrical Production Manager
Recent experience in a similar environment, ideally within the marine sector
Background in electrical trade (advantageous)
Proficient in ERP systems such as IFS or SAP
Full lifecycle experience from manufacturing to commissioning
Strong understanding of project management, controls, and commercial terms
Qualifications for the Electrical Production Manager
ONC in a relevant construction trade or engineering discipline
Professional qualification in electrical engineering or industrial electrical construction
Project Management qualifications (desirable)
