Job Description:
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and guest-orientated Events Coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of memorable events. In this role, you will support the events team by managing client inquiries, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Experience and Qualifications:
The core skills and experience required to succeed: Previous experience in event coordination, or hospitality is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented with strong administrative and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is desirable. A proactive and customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional events. You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
