Job Description:
Jupiter Artland is recruiting multiple exhibition assistant to support the engagement with ‘Growing Pains’ exhibition as part of the JUPITER+DUMFRIES programme of activity. This role would suit someone with a genuine interest in contemporary art practice and public engagement. You will be expected to be stewards of the artwork, invigilating the work, engaging with members of the public, answer questions and care for the installation space.

Experience and Qualifications:
Essential Skills & Experience • Experience of working in a public engagement setting • Excellent communication skills • Interest in, and knowledge of, contemporary visual arts • Awareess of access and inclusion practices • Good time management • Confidence working independently Desirable • Experience within an arts or culture environment • Knowledge and understanding of contemporary ceramic art practices • Knowledge of or connection to the Dumfries and Galloway area/community.
