Experience and Qualifications:
Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper serving techniques Basic maths skills for handling bills, payments, and change accurately Familiarity with food preparation or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment A proactive attitude towards upselling menu items to maximise guest satisfaction and sales potential
