Job Description:
Working closely with the Facilities & Accommodation manager and colleagues across Digital Information, Technology and Facilities. The team is collaborative and committed to delivering excellent service. We’re entering a period of transformation and this role will be central to shaping our future ways of working.

Experience and Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone with: Experience in facilities and accommodation support Strong IT and budget management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities A methodical approach to problem solving and planning The ability to work independently and take ownership of a regional portfolio Flexibility and resilience under pressure Willingness and ability to travel regularly between office locations You will act as a visible and trusted facilities representative across devolved offices, ensuring colleagues receive consistent, high-quality support regardless of location.
