Job Description:
We are looking for a Facilities Operative to join our team in Inverness. You will be part of our Facilities Management (FM) team, delivering a range of Hard, Soft, and Grounds Maintenance services to our clients. This is a key role, ensuring that maintenance, compliance, cleaning, and grounds tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will support the day-to-day operations of a school site, carrying out basic repairs

Experience and Qualifications:
Experience in general maintenance tasks, including basic repairs and upkeep Experience working in a similar role Previous experience working within a Facilities Management (FM) environment Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work to agreed protocols and timeframes Willingness to work weekends and participate in a rota-based schedule Capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a wider team Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting and liaising with site staff
