Job Description:
You will lead a established and skilled field testing and reporting department which currently consists of 17 people whom carry sports governing body accreditations and experience ranging from 9 months to 10 years. A key part of the role is managing our technicians and projects we undertake, through to official reporting and certification, and as a service provider ensuring we meet realistic client expectations and upload times with accuracy. In addition, you will be responsible for a managing your team responding to enquiries, providing quotations, invoicing and sales targets.
Experience and Qualifications:
A leader with strong personal and management skills with the ambition and drive to sustain, then grow a great team of sport testing and reporting individuals. Strong people management, · performance management, · Commercial awareness, · Operational planning and logistics, · Strong communication skills for key stakeholder engagement, · Succession planning, · Comfortable with national and international travel · Good a business networking
