Salary: £34,235 – £38,259 pro-rata

Job Description:
The Finance Manager is a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and independently manages The Welcoming Association’s day-to-day finance function as the organisation’s sole finance specialist. The role provides timely, reliable financial information, maintains effective financial controls, and contributes financial expertise to strategic and operational decision-making by the SLT, CEO, and Board. Reporting to the CEO, the postholder works closely with the Treasurer, budget holders and external advisers.
