Job Description:
Team Leadership & Development Lead a multi-disciplinary team of cleaners, housekeepers and supervisors Provide cover for the Branch Manager when needed Recruit, onboard and train staff to build a strong, capable workforce Maintain high morale and resolve conflicts with confidence Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and development opportunities Operational Excellence Ensure all Health & Safety practices are followed daily Plan staffing levels to ensure full coverage across all shifts Drive exceptional cleaning standards and attention to detail Support the team in preparing motorhomes to the highest standard Build strong relationships across departments
Experience and Qualifications:
An experienced team manager with a track record of developing people Skilled in conflict resolution and maintaining positive team culture Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft packages and Airtable Customer-focused with a drive to exceed expectations Resilient, adaptable and calm under pressure Highly organised with the ability to pivot quickly when plans change A holder of a full UK driving licence (2+ years)
