Job Description:
Preparing and serving any beverages requested by guests; Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times; Ensuring that all guests’ orders are taken and executed in a timely manner; Ensuring that cleanliness is kept at the highest standards at all times in the Food & Beverage Outlets; Having good knowledge of the food and beverage menu; Responding to guests’ queries on the menu selection; Communicating any guests’ questions on the menu, the length of wait and product availability with the Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams, as well as any additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the teams accordingly.

Experience and Qualifications:
The core skills and experience required to succeed Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry; Previous restaurant or bar experience in a busy environment is preferred but not essential; Excellent personal presentation; Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures; Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision; Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing ; To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.
