Job Description:
We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager who is passionate, determined hardworking and an inspiring individual, someone who can work on their own initiative and help develop, coach and mentor an amazing and dynamic team.
You will undertake all Food and Beverage responsibilities, including staff management and training & Health & Safety. Using your experience and leadership skills you will work closely with senior management team.

Have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guest expectation.
Attention to detail and communication is key. Often operating on the front line, you will be a real ambassadors of our company, and will be committed to consistently delivering high standards and helping us be the best that we can be.
