Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional service, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the smooth running of our clubhouse services. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and team leadership to contribute to a high-quality guest experience.

Experience and Qualifications:
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, golf club, hotel, or hospitality environment. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices. Experience in food safety protocols and food production processes. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure. Good communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and guests. Previous experience in serving or hospitality roles is advantageous. Knowledge of kitchen operations, barista skills, or hotel experience is desirable.
