Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Richmond Park Hotel. This is a hands-on operational role, supporting the management team in delivering the day-to-day operation of our food and beverage department across breakfast, restaurant, bar, events and functions. The successful candidate must be flexible and comfortable working across a variety of shifts. Our operation runs 7 days per week, and the role will include early breakfast shifts, mid shifts, evenings and late finishes, including weekends.

Experience and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who: Has previous supervisory or strong senior food & beverage experience. Is confident leading a team during busy services. Is willing to be hands-on and work alongside the team when required. Has experience across restaurant, bar, breakfast or function operations. Has strong organisational and communication skills. Can make decisions and solve problems during a shift. Understands the importance of labour control, stock control and operational efficiency. Is genuinely flexible regarding working hours.
