Job Description:
The works are mainly based in the central belt area. Applicants must be comfortable working in domestic properties and must possess good communication skills in order to liaise with tenants and our planning team. A good, all-round knowledge of domestic joinery repairs is essential. Experience in kitchen, bathroom and level access shower installations would be advantageous but not essential.

Experience and Qualifications:
Applicants must hold a full driving licence, preferably with no more than 3 penalty points. Must have proof of full accreditation with a governing body (SVQ, City and Guilds etc). Potential to earn extra income through our out of hours standby service and bonus scheme. Competitive rates and excellent working conditions.
