Job Description:
Applicants must be comfortable working in domestic properties and must possess good communication skills in order to liaise with tenants and our planning team. A good, all-round knowledge of domestic joinery repairs is essential. Experience in kitchen, bathroom and level access shower installations would be advantageous but not essential.

Experience and Qualifications:
Applicants must hold a full driving licence, preferably with no more than 3 penalty points. Must have proof of full accreditation with a governing body (SVQ, City and Guilds etc). Potential to earn extra income through our out of hours standby service and bonus scheme. Competitive rates and excellent working conditions.
