Job Description:
Client service: Provide excellent service and arrange funerals to meet client needs.
Communication: Work closely with managers, colleagues, clients and suppliers.
Compliance: Follow identification, cash handling, NAFD, company and Health & Safety procedures.
Efficiency: Control costs, maintain facilities and keep the funeral office organised.
Teamwork: Support colleagues, attend training and assist with first calls when needed.
Growth: Build the company’s reputation, support community involvement and identify opportunities.
Experience and Qualifications:
Your ability to respect and respond to diverse religious and cultural expectations, along with your compassion for supporting bereaved families, will be essential.
Full training will be given, with an initial 8-week training course.
As a Funeral Arranger with us, you'll engage with clients during incredibly emotive times, a role demanding significant skill and empathy.
A Disclosure Scotland basic disclosure will be required.
A full UK driving license and own transport are essential.
