Job Description:
Site Preparation & Groundworks Site clearance and levelling. Excavation for foundations and utility trenches. Installing drainage (inspection chambers, soakaways, gullies). Pouring foundations and ground slabs; concrete finishing. Installing kerbs, block paving, hard landscaping. Reinstating surfaces, connecting to public highways

Experience and Qualifications:
Skills & Qualifications: Valid CSCS card; SSSTS/SMSTS preferred. CPCS/NPORS for relevant plant machinery. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and technical understanding. Proficiency in interpreting drawings. Capable of manual labor and machinery operation as needed.
