Job Description:
Building Services are looking to recruit a highly motivated time served Gas Engineer to join our existing team. Responsible for the routine servicing, repairs and installation of gas appliances and systems in accordance with statutory requirements within all council tenancies and properties. Responsible for the routine servicing. commissioning, repairs and installation of gas appliances and systems in accordance with Gas Safety and Use
Experience and Qualifications:
Provide current accreditation in CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, CPA, CKR1, HTR1 and DAH1. Ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard. Deliver high customer satisfaction. Assist the Gas Team Coordinator and colleagues to comply with Gas Safety (Installation &Use) Regulations. Be proactive in identifying ways of improving service provision. Have a high level of health and safety awareness. Ability to work alone with minimum supervision. Good communicator with good customer care skills. Hold a full clean driving licence
