You will oversee the day-to-day management of the club with full profit and loss responsibility, while living and promoting our brand values of independence, enterprise, passion, and caring. You will champion fitness and healthy lifestyles, understanding their impact on wellbeing, and inspire and motivate teams to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. You will also effectively address financial, client, and people management challenges.
