Job Description:
We're seeking someone to join the metalwork department, where you will help to clean/prepare parts for painting. In this role you will: Clean and degrease metal components to remove oil, grease, rust, and contaminants prior to painting Prepare surfaces by sanding, grinding, wire brushing, or shot blasting to meet painting specifications Mask and position parts correctly for painting or powder coating processes Inspect prepared parts to ensure surfaces meet required quality standards

Experience and Qualifications:
Have previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment. Combined with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions; have good attention to detail; and strong time-keeping and organisational skills.
