Helping to develop and optimise product formulations Supporting live technical investigations (problem-solving in action!) Working closely with senior chemists and production teams Getting hands-on with continuous improvement projects Making sure products meet top-quality standards every time
Experience and Qualifications:
A Chemistry (or related) degree Curiosity, motivation, and a genuine love of learning Great communication and team skills A keen eye for detail and problem-solving flair Interest in product development and process optimisation
