Job Description:
The client is looking to bring on the correct candidate to develop them, initially working on legal plans and summary schedules for projects within the private sector. The client focuses on buying and selling land to developers for different projects. They develop the land for specific projects across the East of Scotland.
Experience and Qualifications:
Must have some on site experience and/or CAD experience, anywhere from 3-12 months. The candidate must have a basic understanding of CAD, and be able to visit sites if and when required. The candidate will be based out of the clients office in West Lothian 3/4 days a week, with 1/2 days from home. Start date as soon as possible.
