Job Description:
We are working exclusively with a well-established international engineering and manufacturing business to recruit a Graduate HR Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop practical experience across payroll, HR administration, pensions, employee records and reporting.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll become an important part of the HR function, supporting the accurate and confidential administration of payroll and employee information.
Experience and Qualifications:
You don't need to have experience across all of these areas. What matters is that you're numerate, organised, detail-focused and genuinely interested in developing a career within Payroll and HR.
This role could suit someone coming from a number of different backgrounds.
You could be a recent graduate with a degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting or a related subject who is looking for the opportunity to put your studies into practice.
You could already have some HR or payroll experience and be looking for a role where you can broaden your knowledge and develop across both disciplines.

This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires the jobholder to obtain certain authorisation or security clearances that will require interface with local and U.S. government authorities.
