Job Description:
Provide first‑line IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system Take ownership of support issues from initial report through to resolution, with support from senior staff Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues Assist with on‑site and off‑site deployments, including installations and upgrades Support the setup and deployment of laptops, desktops, and network equipment Gain exposure to networking, broadband, telecoms, and security solutions Assist senior engineers with project and installation work Support the preparation of quotations and hardware recommendations Maintain clear documentation and contribute to internal knowledge articles

Experience and Qualifications:
We are looking for a graduate who is: A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively Empathetic and customer‑focused, understanding how IT issues affect people Professional, reliable, and demonstrates a strong work ethic Curious, proactive, and keen to learn Comfortable communicating with both technical and non‑technical users Essential Requirements A degree in IT, Computing, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) A genuine interest in technology and IT support Good communication and problem‑solving skills A valid UK driving licence (required for on‑site client visits)
