Job Description:
Provide first‑line IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system
Take ownership of support issues from initial report through to resolution, with support from senior staff
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues
Assist with on‑site and off‑site deployments, including installations and upgrades
Support the setup and deployment of laptops, desktops, and network equipment
Gain exposure to networking, broadband, telecoms, and security solutions
Assist senior engineers with project and installation work
Support the preparation of quotations and hardware recommendations
Maintain clear documentation and contribute to internal knowledge articles
Experience and Qualifications:

A valid UK driving licence (required for on‑site client visits)
