Year/Location 1:
Rotation 1: Continuous Improvement.
Rotation 2: Supervise a small operations area
Year/Location 2:
Rotation 3: Continuous improvement/New job introduction; Quality, Sales, Equipment implementation.
Rotation 4: Supervise a larger operations area.
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in:
Engineering (Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing/General/Chemical)
Management
You will have a natural presence, outstanding communications (verbal and written), leadership potential, ability to influence, work within and direct a team.
Ideally experience in manufacturing/engineering environment
Must have existing right to work in UK (such as Citizenship or Permanent Residency)
Must be willing to relocate if required.
