Job Description:
This two-year rotational programme includes working on four 'live' assignments based at two of our 10 UK locations. Locations include – Nottingham, Leeds, Leicester, Birmingham, Hereford, Swansea and Edinburgh. Joining the MDP will provide you with a solid base on which to build your career in operations management, using your engineering, manufacturing or management knowledge to continuously improve our processes. This programme is a key source of our future Operations Directors and General Managers, who effectively influence the future direction of the company.
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in:
Engineering (Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing/General/Chemical)
Management
You will have a natural presence, outstanding communications (verbal and written), leadership potential, ability to influence, work within and direct a team.
Ideally experience in manufacturing/engineering environment
Must have existing right to work in UK (such as Citizenship or Permanent Residency)
Must be willing to relocate if required.
