Our Quantity Surveyors, or Cost Consultants work across all our sectors supporting cost, commercial and transformational consultancy projects. At its core, Cost Consultancy involves advising on and managing the cost of construction and property projects, supporting from the beginning of a project lifecycle to influence and drive decision making. Experience and Qualifications:
BSc or MSc in a RICS accredited degree, such as Quantity Surveying, Property, Real Estate or similar. We can also support for non-RICS accredited students to reach Chartership. Accepted degrees for this route include BSc or MSc in Economics, Statistics, Law, Architecture, Data Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Business Studies and Accounting. You will be graduating in 2025 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders. Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
