Job Description:
The Head of Revenue Management is responsible for leading the revenue strategy for Apex Hotels across all properties, driving optimal performance across rooms and non-rooms revenue streams. This role ensures that pricing, forecasting, distribution, and inventory decisions maximise total revenue and profitability while supporting the Apex brand, guest experience, and commercial objectives. As a senior leader within the commercial function, the Head of Revenue Management will shape the group’s revenue culture, embed data-driven decision-making, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver sustainable growth.
Experience and Qualifications:
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Proven technical and commercial experience in multi-property revenue management within a hotel group. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proficiency in business analysis and data-driven decision-making. Ability to think strategically while managing operational detail, providing commercial insights and analysis
